Excellent UNISEX gold band By Ian Carr
When I went out to some jewelry stores to try on wedding bands I knew exactly what I wanted, a plain 10k gold band. Well, the stores didn't have much for me, since the new fad is "white gold." Uh... no, there is no such thing as white gold and yellow gold. There is gold, which is "gold" colored. And there is gold which is plated with other metals to look white.
Also the stores all wanted to sell me on their "comfort fit" rings, which I guess are slightly more rounded and supposedly more comfortable to take on and off. I wasn't planning on ever taking the ring off (and I never have), so I asked to try one of their regular rings (at every store), but of course they didn't have any. They acted like comfort fit was so great that I should be happy to pay a huge premium to get it.
I came home right away and saved nearly 200 bucks buying my perfect ring here on Amazon. One of the best buys I've ever made.
