These diamond hoops are very sturdy.The open and close mechanism secures post in place with a clicking sound.The diamonds have a decent sparkle and the gold hoops themselves have a nice weight and balance, so you won't have to worry if they're still in your ear. I place the size of the earrings around a 11/2 diameter or medium not too big, not too small. The illustration is accurate, so if your someone who likes small lightweight earrings they might not be for you, because they have somewhat of costume weight that i don't mind. Believe me, you'll be impressed for what you'll get in this price range. I doubt you'll find this deal in a jewelry store!
